We accept FINANCIAL DONATIONS of any size.

As a registered charity, Inn From the Cold provides a charitable tax receipt for any donation $20.00 or greater.

..............   From now (summer 2010) until we open mid-November we are in need of the following specific items:

Clothing & Bedding

BLANKETS - NOT woolen, nor comforters, nor afghans, nor sleeping bags 

[Please Note! oftens times the Inn can purchase items such as underwear at a discounted rate, so if you make a monetary donation and indicate it is for underwear we can purchase larger quantities than you may be able to.]

Mens Underwear - briefs, vests ( med & lrg)

Mens Long Johns -Thermal (med & lrg)

Winter boots (waterproof)

- warm dark coloured socks*,

- pants (track pants, fleece, denim, cords),

- layerable tops (t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, vests, hoodies),

- winter coats, winter hats and

- water-proof winter boots.

Men's items in Med, Lrg, and XLrg sizes  / Women’s items in Small, Med, Lrg,  sizes  / No chilldren's clothing required

* NEW (unused) underwear ONLY please!

Food - URGENT Items (Canned Tuna, Canned Soup (mushroom), Canned tomatoes, kidney beans, chickpeas, & Ketchup / Mayonnaise) 

Spaghetti, pasta sauce, white and brown rice, canned tomatoes, chickpeas, kindney beans, canned /packet soups, canned stews, canned tuna, salmon, turkey, ham, and chicken, dried beans i.e. chick peas, kidney beans, etc, cup-of-soup, granola bars, nut free granola bars, pudding cups, peanut butter, jam, juice boxes, and breakfast cereal. (all unopened containers please).

NOT REQUIRED AT THIS TIME:

At the current moment, we have an adequate supply of male and female hygiene products (soap, deodorant, toothpaste, etc.).
